NPP2 PROBLEM SOLVING TRAINING

Successfully completing the NPP2 Problem Solving Course at London South Bank University has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my policing career. Learning alongside colleagues from different boroughs helped build new perspectives, confidence, and stronger problem-solving skills.

The course reinforced the importance of listening to our communities, building trust, and working with partners to achieve positive outcomes. I am grateful to our trainers, Dan and Danny, for their professionalism, support, and encouragement throughout the five days.

I return to Fairlop Ward with new skills, fresh ideas, and a stronger commitment to reducing ASB, strengthening community relationships, and helping make our neighbourhoods safer places for everyone. Learning never stops, and I am already looking forward to the next challenge with NPP3. Proud to serve the communities of London and proud to be part of the Metropolitan Police.
